On Point
My name is Gabrielle-Beth Volovsky and I work at the intersection of psychotherapy, performance, and embodied change, helping individuals strengthen emotional regulation, clarity, resilience, and consistent functioning under pressure.
My approach combines psychotherapy-informed work with practical strategies that support meaningful change in both personal and professional life. Sessions are designed for individuals navigating stress, burnout, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, performance pressure, identity challenges, or difficulty maintaining balance under ongoing demands.
I am a PACFA-registered counsellor with formal training in psychotherapy, counselling, behavioural science, and mind-body approaches to change. My work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, emotional regulation strategies, somatic approaches, motivational interviewing, and performance-focused psychological support.
Alongside clinical work, my background in competitive martial arts has strongly influenced my understanding of discipline, emotional control, resilience, and the psychological demands of performing under pressure.
