In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I have over 15 years of experience in competitive martial arts as both an athlete and coach. As a former professional Muay Thai fighter and boxing titleholder, I intimately understand the discipline, resilience, and mindset required to excel under pressure.
Throughout my career, I have successfully coached high-level athletes, including a black belt Taekwondo competitor who competed internationally. My specialised coaching methods, including breathing techniques and mindset optimisation strategies, have significantly enhanced athletes’ performance in competition. Beyond sports, I have also guided numerous clients through transformative personal journeys, helping them break free from addictions, rebuild self-confidence, and achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
